My story

Streamlined communication for enterprise accounts and optimised CRM-ATS workflows. Learned where satisfaction actually lives: in the recovery process, where clean process meets clear communication.

First corporate role. Learned RPA on my own (Python, Power Automate, AutoHotKey). Wrote the team documentation from zero and coached a team in the Philippines to own the key processes.

A weekly international language exchange. Built the team and the culture around it; it grew instead of breaking down. First proof that clean process plus people ownership equals sustainable growth.

Where ownership started. President in the pandemic year: moved a whole club to remote and kept the community intact. As area director, built training on leadership, productivity and project management.

Graduated as an architect, never designed a building professionally. Kept the training: systems thinking, constraints, the configuration that actually holds.
